Drugs Like Me Blushes From My Pretty Zombie Cosmetics
I’m not gonna lie, I am completely split about these names. I’m not crazy about all the drug names, but I love the chemical structure printed on the cap. Anyway, this review is about 5 of these My Pretty Zombie loose blushes. You can buy them individually for $8.00 or you can do what I did and get the pick 5 for a deal. Right off the bat you should know that these are not for beginners. The loose powder in such a small container is hard to get perfect on the face, because blush is such a big area. Once you figure out the best way for you to use these though they really are quite unique and beautiful! Lets get started….
LSD Blush
This is definitely the most unique of the bunch as far as color goes. LSD is a very cool, ashy lavender with pink reflects. This one is very buildable and soft. I am such a scaredy cat when it comes to unconventional blush colors, but this is a nice transition into purple blushes.
6-MAM Blush
The 6-MAM blush is a deep reddish, mauvey almost terra-cotta color. It is crazy pigmented so you need a really light hand with this one, but it can give a really beautiful flush. I like to wear this one with very muted eyes and lips.
THC Blush
The THC blush scares the crap out of me. It is a bright, cool based purple. I have only ever used this mixed with a pinker blush honestly, because I just can’t imagine having purple cheeks. But the color itself is stunning and the pigmentation is even and long lasting.
Propoxyphene Blush
The Propoxyphene Blush is a really bright, matte pink. This is super pigmented so a little goes a very long way. This color goes on the smoothest and never looks patchy at all, which is great with a color this strong.
MDMA Blush
The MDMA Blush is my favorite one, and is the most wearable in my opinion. It is a bright peachy pink with a gold shift. When I wear this I can skip the highlighter because this does the job on its own. I also love to use this as a blush topper to add some sheen to a matte peach blush!
Let me know if you’ve ever used any of these or anything similar! Thanks for reading!
Glowingly yours,
Jess
