NYX Angel Veil Primer $16.00

This primer is a pretty cheap almost dupe for the Hourglass Mineral Veil Primer. It has the same consistency which is hard to describe. I like using this with my Revlon Colorstay they looks really amazing together. This is kind of pricy for a drugstore primer, but I think it is worth it, and a little goes a very long way.

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder $4.99

This is one of my all time favorite products, drugstore and high end. I get crazy oily on my forehead right between my eyes, no matter what foundation or primer I use. This is the only thing that keeps the oil at bay. It never looks cakey or powdery which is rare, even after I’ve applied it multiple times throughout the day. The packaging is terrible though, because the lid cracks and then never stays on so it’s difficult to travel with but it’s easy to see past all that. If you have oily skin, this is for you.

Revlon Colorstay Normal To Oily Skin Foundation $12.99

This is hands down my favorite drug store foundation. It goes on smooth and never clings to any dry patches or lines. It lasts the longest on my skin out of any of my foundations, especially in the Alabama heat. I tried the oily skin formula of this but hated it, it dried me out so badly. My one complaint is the fact that there isn’t a pump so when I pour it out onto my hand or my brush I always pour too much. I believe they are phasing in new packaging though that includes a pump. If that is true then this will truly be the best foundation ever.

Maybelline Better Skin Concealer $8.99

I rarely use drug store concealers (I sound like a brat I know), but my skin gets so dry around blemishes that most concealers just look flaky and terrible. This is the only drugstore concealer I have continuously reached for. I don’t really care for it under my eyes, but for redness and blemishes, it really lasts all day and doesn’t look caked on.

Physician’s Formula Bronze Booster $14.99

Only in the past few months have I really fallen in love with bronzers. My skin tones makes most bronzers pull horribly orange so I usually stay away from them, but Kathleenlights mentioned this one and I had to try it. I love it! The pictures make it look less cool toned than it actually is. I love using this on no make up make up days just to warm up my cheeks. I use the shade Medium/Dark because any ‘light’ bronzers end up looking orange and muddy on me. the packaging on this is a little bulky, but not too bad.

Hard Candy So Baked Bronzer In Tiki $9.00

When I saw this at Walmart, I had to have it. I hoard highlighters like it’s my job, and anything baked is just a bonus. This is called a bronzer but i don’t know anyone that this would be a good bronzer on. As a highlight, though, this could work on so many different skin tones. This doesn’t last as long on the skin as some of my high end products, but for $9 I am not complaining.

Physician’s Formula Shimmer Strip In Vegas Strip $12.99

These shimmer strips from Physician’s Formula are such a hidden gem. They can be used as eyeshadow or bronzer or a highlighter. I love using this as a blush topper in the summer to add a little extra glow to my skin. It does;t go on very intense, so it is very build able. These are the closest things I’ve seen to a drugstore dupe for the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Bricks.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blush In Rosy and Vibrant $7.99

I am a sucker for a muted peach blush, so the moment I saw Rosy I had to buy it. I never really buy anything from Neutrogena so I wasn’t expecting much but holy crap I loved these. They are super pigmented and bendable. The powder is finally milled and there are no chunks of glitter or sparkles. I want to buy more of these because they are really wearable.

Milani Baked Blush In Luminoso $8.49

This is a cult classic. Everyone and their mama loves this blush and has spoken about it at some point. It is a baked product which I always find means it goes on smoother and softer. This color is one I always go for in blushes. I use this blush all summer long, it gives such a subtle glow.

Wet N Wild Fergie Take On The Day Eye Shadow Primer $4.68

This is the only true eye shadow primer that I like using. My eyelids get very dry and this is the only thing from the drugstore that doesn’t accentuate the flakes and dry spots. I find it helps my shadow last all day as well. And it’s very cheap!

Wet N Wild Color Icon Eye Shadow Trio In Walking On Eggshells $2.99

Wet N Wild has, in my opinion, the best eye shadow quality at the drugstore. The trios are my favorite, and this one is the best. The colors are so pigmented and buttery. I love using the third shade all over my lid and the top shade as a brow bone highlight.

Wet N Wild Color Icon Eye Shadow Singles In Brûlée And Panther $0.99

On top of the fact that these are 99 cents, the quality is great. Brulee is one of my favorite all over the lid shades and I love putting Panther over my eyeliner to make it last all day. You should definitely look into these the next time you’re at the drug store.

Maybelline Master Studio Gel Liner In Midnight Master $7.99

I usually prefer brown eyeliner to black because I have small eyes, but this is one of my favorite liners to tighten with when I use false lashes. It is so black and creamy and it goes on so smooth. It can get a little smudgy so I often set it with some black shadow but once I do that it lasts all day!

Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Shadow In Dramatic Black $6.99

I have always been a huge fan of the color tattoos, they are such a great drugstore cream shadow, and I love how wide the color range is. I love using this black one patted on my lid underneath a dark smokey eye. It really brings out the true color of a dark shadow and keeps it from fading and creasing.

Loreal Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara $9.99

If you’ve read any of my other posts, you would know that it is hard for me tog et excited about mascara. My lashes are determined to stay short and straight no matter what I do. But the reason I love this particular mascara is for my bottom lashes. Before I bought this I never used anything on them because I would just end up with a smeared mess. This brush is so skinny that its perfect for the small lashes. It makes them look full and really opens up my eyes without making them look spidery.

NYX Butter Lipstick In Pops $5.99

I have always loved NYX lip products. They make a great affordable lipstick and gloss. This one is for sure my favorite. The Butter Lipstick formula is the best for me because it doesn’t settle into the lines of my lips and I find them pretty moisturizing. This color is a great MLBB (my lips but better) for a lot of people and I think it’s a universally flattering shade.

Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipstick In Divine Wine $7.99

I’ve mentioned these before, and so has everyone else, but they really are that good. They are the best matte lipstick at the drugstore, hands down. This color is such a beautiful, rich berry color, and it lasts a very long time. The best part is, it doesn’t go on patchy at all, and I often don’t even need a lip liner with this color it stays put.

Thanks for reading!!

Glowingly yours,
