I have been wanting to try out something from the LipSurgence line for a while now, so I was very happy to see this in my bag this month. I was surprised by how pigmented this was, I guess I always assume that lip crayons lean more towards the coverage of a lip tint. I am not crazy about the intense minty smell of this, because it takes a while to fade and its all I taste when I put this on.
I’ve never tried any polish from this brand, so I can’t speak to the longevity or formula, but the color looks stunning. I have been loving icy greys and blue on my nails lately, and this fits perfectly in with that. Once the polish I’m wearing right now starts to chip I will give this a try.
Liquid eye shadow is very new to me, so I need to play around with this more. The color is absolutely stunning, and it goes on very pigmented and smooth. I am wondering if it would be better to wear this alone or with other shadows on top of it. I don’t know how well liquid and powder shadows blend together, if you have ever worked with anything like this let me know!
I love getting brushes, especially face ones. This brush is so incredibly soft, and it is the perfect size for dusting a highlighter on the cheeks. I haven’t had a chance to wash this yet, so I don’t know yet if it sheds at all, but I will update.
I love this brand, I use their leave in treatment and their root volume spray often, and they work very well. I absolutely adore oil based hair treatments, I feel that they penetrate and hydrate my hair better than anything else. I have a lot of hair, so I’m nit sure that this tiny bottle with be enough for my whole head, so I will most likely use this just on my ends.
Let me know what you got in your bag this month! Thanks for reading!!
