Dior Star Fluid Foundation SPF 30
This was my first splurge product, I probably bought this over a year ago. I used a gift card, as I was still not ready to spend $50 on a foundation! I use this very sparingly and only for very special occasions. The packaging is so stunning and luxurious. It feels heavy and expensive, like I spent 50 damn bucks on it.
Shade
010 Ivory
This shade is a bit too light, so I need to go a little heavy handed with the bronzer when I wear this, but it’s worth it. This has a pink, leaning neutral undertone, but there are also shades with a yellow base as well.
Cost
$50.00
This is expensive, obviously, but it is an amazing product. I feel that some of the price is definitely for the name Dior, but the foundation itself is great, so I don’t feel bad paying for a name. Because it is so expensive, I rarely use it and have made it last quite a while.
Product Amount
1 oz
This is pretty standard for foundation, and can last a while if not used daily. Considering the price though, its a lot to pay for a small amount.
Finish
This has a very satiny finish. It keeps me looking airbrushed without looking caked on or flakey. This does not cling to any of my dry patches, and it doesn’t look shiny or greasy at all.
Longevity
This lasts forever on my skin, especially if I set it with powder. I love wearing this when I want my skin to look flawless all day and night, and it hasn’t let me down yet! When it does start to fade, it doesn’t look patchy or flakey, it looks natural and skin-like until it is gone.
