Ever since Jeffree Star’s video all about these new drops, everyone has been scrambling to grab them. They were sold out until a week ago, and I decided I had to grab at least one shade. Currently, this shade and one other are sold out again, but I’m sure they will be back soon. I picked this shade because most of my liquid/cream highlights are more gold toned, so I wanted to try out a more silvery, pink shade.

Shade

Celestial “glistening pearl”

This looks like actual molten metal on your skin, and the teeny, tiniest drop is crazy pigmented and goes a very long way. With most of my cream highlighters, I put them down and then add another powder highlight on top to intensify it. These need no help from any other products. You can add a drop or two of these to your primer or foundation to add some all over glow, or pat directly onto the cheekbones for a more targeted highlight. This lasts forever on the skin, and can be see from a mile away. I like that it doesn’t sit oddly in any texture on my cheeks, it just looks smooth and amazing.

Cost

$42.00

I’ll admit, this is pretty steep for a single highlight, but I really think the quality is worth the money. Cover FX has always struck me as a very professional, high quality brand, and their face products are always worth it.

Product Amount

0.5 oz

This may seem like a tiny amount, but you have to keep in mind how pigmented these drops are. One little drop goes an insanely long way, and I don’t see ever running out of this product.

Let me know your favorite Cover FX products, and if you’ve tried out any of these drops!

Glowingly yours,

Jess
