Too Faced Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer $28.00

I never felt inclined to buy the Born This Way foundation, but I found myself seeking out this concealer when it was first released. It was supposed to be the lighter sister to the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, which sounded absolutely perfect. I bought the shade Fair, and it is perfect for highlighting my under eye area. This concealer does not have very impressive coverage, but it is perfect for brightening up areas of the face. I love how creamy and blendable it is, it never looks caked on and it does not crease. I have been using this on days when I don’t want to wear foundation but need just a tiny tough of coverage to even me out.

Essence Pure Nude Highlighter in Be My Highlight $4.49

I have been loving this brand lately! All of their products are crazy cheap and they perform great. This highlighter is such a stunning, subtle glow that goes with any look. This reminds me a lot of the texture of my prized Laura Mercier Baked Highlight, but for a fraction of the cost. I hope Essence comes out with more colors in this formula, because I will be buying them all!

Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Mr. Bing $5.00

This came out with the new Kathleen Lights collaboration, and anything with her name on it, I buy. This is a really warm toned brown liner, and it makes the green in my eyes stand out beautifully. I love these Colourpop liners, they are cheap, long lasting, and they come in so many different colors. I have both this and the matching pot liner, but I find myself reaching for this much more often.

Maybelline Color Tattoo Eye Chrome in Khaki Kool $9.99

I picked this up on vacation in Charleston, I was immediately drawn to this olive shade. I have been very into cream shadows lately. They are so easy to slap on and they last forever. This product lasts all damn day, almost to a fault, as I have to really scrub my lids to get this off. I really love to dab this all over the lid and then pat my MAC shadow in Sumptuous Olive on top for the perfect green smokey eye.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eye Shadow Palette $42.00

This has been all over everyone’s pages ever since it came out, and for good reason. I have been using this palette every time I do any shadow look. It is very warm toned and all of the shades go beautifully together. I have a much more in depth review here, where I talk about each shadow individually.

Colourpop Ultra Satin Lip in November $6.00

Another Kathleen Lights creation! This is my first time trying any of the Satin Lips from Colourpop, and I have to say I am impressed. I much prefer this formula over the Ultra Matte Lips, this just feels so much more comfortable on my lips. This shade is such an adorable pink, I have loved wearing it all summer! These don’t dry down to a full matte so they do transfer, but they sit so well it’s worth it.

Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre $16.00

In the Alabama heat, my skin can get very dry and this product has saved me! So many people swear by this stuff, and for good reason. It is rich enough to hydrate and plump my skin, but light enough not to leave me feeling greasy heavy. This sits really well under make up and preps the face beautifully. I will definitely be repurchasing this once I run out!

La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Cooling Water Lotion Sunscreen $35.99

My dad bought this for me when he was taking care of me post wisdom teeth removal, and I have to say he has amazing taste. The Alabama sun is brutal, and even stepping outside for a few minutes can leave me burnt so I have been trying really hard to stay protected. I always remember to put SPF on my face, but I never used to put any on my arms and shoulders when walking to class. This stuff has become a part of my routine I actually look forward to. It is non-greasy and melts right into my skin and dries quickly. This brand is pretty pricey, but I think it is completely worth it.

Glossier Moisturizing Moon Mask $22.00

Being oily I never really was interested in face masks that claimed to ‘moisturize’ because I thought they would just leave me looking greasy. This mask changed my mind completely! I love using this after a purifying mask to soften my skin. The hyalronic acid in this leaves my skin plump and full of life. I like to put this in the fridge an hour before I want to use it, it is so cool and relaxing.

Vanicream Moisturizing Skin Cream $10.99

My legs get really sensitive, especially when I’m wearing shorts often and shaving a lot, and I have always been on the hunt for a lotion that won’t irritate my skin. This stuff is perfect, it has no scent and no dyes so there is nothing in it to react to my sensitive skin. I have been putting this on my legs every night before bed and my skin has been feeling so soft. You can pick a pound of this up at Target for a few bucks, so you never have to worry about overusing or wasting any of this.

Ouai Hair Oil $28.00

Ouai is a pretty new brand, and I had been dying to get my hands on some of the products. I decided on the Hair Oil, because I prefer to spend more money on hair treatments instead of shampoo or conditioner. This oil is very light, but also rich enough to leave my ends smooth and hydrated. My favorite part about this product though is the scent. This has a very strong floral scent, it reminds me of honeysuckle. Some people say the scent is too strong for them, but I love anything that makes my hair smell good. Having long thick hair means scent stays in it for a while, and I love being able to smell this in it hours later when I let my hair down from a bun or ponytail.

Bando Day Planner $20.00

A new school year has started, which means I traded in my old 2015-2016 Lilly Pulitzer planner for something newer and cuter. I found this at my school’s bookstore and had to grab it. I love the simple flowers and color scheme, and I cannot wait to write down all my quizzes and homework in it!

Let me know what you’ve been loving this month!

Glowingly yours,
