I did it. I took the plunge and bought my first CT lipstick. When I finally decided to buy one, I had a hard time choosing which color was going to be worth my money. I chose Kim K W in the end because I have seen it in everyone’s favorites videos lately. I was worried it would be too nude for me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how flattering it was. The texture though was a bit of a disappointment. I was expecting it to be very creamy and comfortable, but this tugged at my lips and wasn’t very moisturizing. That being said, once I work with it and get it on, it sits and looks beautiful. Because it is matte, I find it does last a good while on my lips, especially if I wear a lip liner underneath.

Shade

Kim K.W.

“pale nude pink”

This is a serious nude. Not a mauve nude or a red nude, a straight up nude. I usually look dead in very light shades, but something about this looks very flattering on a lot of people. I usually like to wear my nudes glossy over matte, but this is the one exception. This also pairs beautifully with a clear or nude gloss though.

Price

$32.00

I initially balked at the price, but once I got the lipstick in my hands I felt better. Everything about the packaging is luxurious and heavy, and it looks beautiful on my vanity. If you are looking for a very creamy lipstick though, I would save your money and look elsewhere.

All in all, I don’t regret splurging on this product. Between the beautiful bullet and lovely nude tone, I give this product two thumbs up. Let me know your favorite light nude lipsticks!

Glowingly yours,

Jess
