So I finally had to see what all the fuss was about with this foundation. Everyone has been trying this and loving it, so I placed an order and waited patiently for the mail. The packaging reminds me a lot of the original MUFE Ultra HD Foundation, and it doesn’t feel like I only paid 10 bucks for it. People were saying that this had a pretty luminous finish, which made me nervous because “luminous” tends to become “greasy” on me in 5 seconds flat. While I agree that this is not a matte foundation, it didn’t come off as very luminous on me. I was surprised by how long it lasted on me, even in the areas I didn’t powder. It did cling to a few dry patches, but a little Fix+ got rid of that.
This was a lot more yellow than I expected, but it doesn’t look odd on my face, even though I have pinker undertones. While the shade range is a little limited, there is also a white mixer that you can buy! I really want to get my hands on that.
This is a great cheap option, and it seems to work well on many different skin types.
This is almost a full ounce, but for only 10 bucks I am not complaining.
Let me know if you’ve tried this foundation out yet and what you thought!
