I have been trying very hard lately to finish up products before I buy more, because my collection is out of control. I finally gathered enough products to do a review! Let me know if you guys like these kinds of posts, I have always found them helpful but they might be boring to most. I will include a short review on the product and whether or not I will be repurchasing!
Clinique High Impact Mascara $17.50
This has been one of my most trusted mascaras for a few years now. It isn’t anything crazy, it doesn’t give me a false lash effect or crazy curl, but it gets the job done. This is my perfect day to day mascara because it never flakes off or smudges, and it doesn’t make my eyes water or itch. As much as I love my drugstore mascaras, I always find myself reaching for this.

Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer $32.00
I finished this primer a while back and saved the bottle just for this post! This primer is great for hydrating and nourishing the skin. As much as I love this, it doesn’t do enough for me as a primer. I really need a smoothing/mattifying primer if I’m gonna spend more than 20 bucks. This primer is almost identical to the Glossier Priming Moisturizer which I prefer because I can use it on it’s own as a moisturizer and it’s cheaper.
Would I repurchase?
No, I am going to stick with my Glossier cream.
Make Up For Ever Step 1 Skin Equalizer Mattifying $17.00
I know it seems silly to keep buying the small versions of this instead of investing in the larger one, but I just love these little tubes! When it comes to mattifying primers, I really only use a tiny bit on my forehead and nose, so I never feel the need to buy a giant tube. This keeps me matte for hours no matter what foundation I use over it. It is very sticky though, so keep that in mind.

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Lite $36.00
I[‘ve had this primer for a while, and while it worked well enough, I just wasn’t crazy impressed. I prefer it to the original version because it is a lot less silicone-y, but it just never wowed me. It didn’t make my make up last noticeably longer, and it didn’t smooth out any pores or lines. It was a little hydrating so maybe someone with very dry skin would like this.
Would I repurchase?
No, I just have other primers I prefer.
Clinique All About Eyes Rich Eye Cream $32.00
This lasted a really long time for me, making it worth the money. I used this before applying eye make up because I can get dry under eyes. It hydrated instantly without feeling too thick or greasy. I am hoping to buy another one of these soon, but I have so many eye cream samples to use up first!
Would I repurchase?
Possibly, once I run out of all my eye cream samples.
Cinema Secrets Brush Cleaner $24.00
I am super lazy, so I love products like this that can help me avoid deep cleaning my make up brushes. This stuff is great for spot cleaning your brushes day to day or between colors. It dries quickly and removes pretty much every ounce of shadow. I really only like using this with powder products though, because cream products are much harder to clean out of bristles.
Would I repurchase?
Yes!
Let me know your most recent empties and if you plan on repurchasing!
Glowingly yours,
Jess

Lucky that you get Glossier products there. I am eyeing the Clinique’s eye cream for so long. But always skeptical because it is going to burn a big hole in pocket..
Nice post.. I always love reading empties with mini reviews..
