This could have been hand soap and I would have bought it if it had that adorable egg mascot on the label. I picked up these two products from the Korean beauty brand Holika Holika in the luxury skincare isle of my fancy new Rite Aid. I have been using these for about a month now, so heres a review of each item!

Oil cleansers are a huge staple in the Korean beauty routine, and for good reason! Perfect for melting away make up and daily grime, this cleanser never leaves me feeling greasy like you might think it would. I warm one pump of this up in my hands and apply it to my dry face. I let it sit just for a few seconds, then I splash some water and massage it in until it turns into a foam, then I rinse! I don’t feel the need to double cleanse when I use this, because it doesn’t leave an oily residue on my skin. I will be buying this again for sure. And I really self-identify with the egg in the fetal position on the bottle.

A lot of Asian make up is in compact form, and when I saw this little cream blush I had to have it. I adore cream and liquid blush, something about it just lasts forever on my cheeks. The consistency of this product is interesting, it reminds me a lot of the Colourpop formulas but a tiny bit thicker. The shade is my perfect every day blush; a light, bright peach! I have been pairing this with a gold highlight and lots of mascara! Here is a post I made all about how I apply cream and liquid blush, because I know it can be a bit intimidating. Because of how bouncy the blush is, it applies and blends so naturally and lasts all day long.

Also, the little egg butt absolutely kills me every time I open this up.

Glowingly yours,

Jess
