Sephora Favorites Power of the Petal Set $38.00
I am never usually interested in value sets from Sephora, I think a lot of them are just full of old 100 point perks and way too small samples. When I saw this one though I was immediately intrigued, and I am happy I bought it before it sold out! I initially wanted this just for the Drunk Elephant TLC Sukari Babyfacial because I have been dying to try it, but not willing to spend 80 bucks on it.
Most of the time when I do linger on one of these sets, I am discouraged by the $50-$70 price tag, but this one was only $38.00! When it comes to pricy skincare, I always want a chance to try something out before I spend the cash, and I am already impressed by a few of these products.
Full Size: 1.0 fl oz for $5.00
I haven’t used this yet, but I might actually use it tonight! I don’t really like sleeping in hair masks just because I am always worried it’s going to get all over my pillow and break me out. This mask comes with a little hair net to keep all the product in though so no mess!
Full Size: 0.5 fl oz for $40.00 or 1.0 fl oz for $72.00
This sample is a little underwhelming because it’s only a one use packet, but I am not really a hydrating oil kind of gal anyway. I have combination oily skin so marula oil has always been a bit thick for my liking, but I will probably save this for a very bad sunburn or something.
Full Size: 3.3 fl oz for $92.00
Fresh Beauty makes an amazing face mask, so I was super excited to try this one out. Lately my skin has been pretty sensitive so I was nervous to add something new, but this really left my skin soft without any redness or irritation. I have been eyeing a few items from the newer line, and this one did not disappoint!
Full Size: 4.1 fl oz for $56.00
Another face mask I have been wanting to try, this hydrating honey based mask from Farmacy has really impressed me so far! After removing my make up at the end of the work day my skin sometimes feel tight and dry, so I have been using a thin layer of this to add some hydration without piling on a bunch of serums and moisturizers.
Full Size: 1.69 fl oz for $80.00
And now for the star of the box! This face mask from Drunk Elephant has been my biggest dilemma lately. It is always sitting in my online cart, and I pick it up just for a moment every time I am in a Sephora. I just cannot justify spending 80 bucks on something I have never tried, but the reviews are in and people are saying it really is a game changer. I am hoping that this sample size will last me until Drunk Elephant decides to start releasing smaller sizes of their best products.
Full Size: 2.0 fl oz for $85.00 or 5.0 fl oz for $175.00
I actually have a full size bottle of this from a prescription box, so I will probably be passing this along to my sister. This is a really amazing, no nonsense exfoliant that has a cult following for a reason. When my skin is feeling dull and congested from too much make up and not enough care, one use of this stuff clears everything up.
Full Size: 2.0 fl oz for $68.00
It Cosmetics skin care has never really interested me, but this stuff has some really amazing reviews so I promise to give it a fair chance! I tend to save little jars of moisturizer like this for travel, so I probably won’t try this out for a bit, but if it really is amazing I will report back!
Full Size: 4.0 fl oz for $28.00
I love the idea of this, a more nourishing cleanser that isn’t oil based! Some days my skin needs a little TLC, and my regular cleansers are just a little too intense. This seems like it will clear my skin without stripping it and leaving it dry and tight.
Full Size: 0.5 fl oz for $99.00
I was surprised by how large this eye cream was, considering how expensive the full size is! I love Caudalie products, they just feel healthy and basic yet effective. This eye cream is rich and hydrating, perfect for my dry under eyes. I have been wearing this nightly for the past week and I have to say I am impressed by how soft and smooth my under eyes appear the next morning.
Let me know if you have any of these products and if you think I should purchase the full size!
